With over 500 member companies, ASBA is a national organization for builders, designers, and suppliers of materials for tennis courts, running tracks, natural and synthetic turf fields, and indoor and outdoor synthetic sports surfaces. It is recognized as a centralized source for technical information, including consumer-oriented information. The Certified Track Builder (CTB) program was developed by the American Sports Builders Association to help establish consistent, high-level standards and to improve the practice of track construction. CTBs must pass a comprehensive examination on track construction and maintenance as well as fulfill a set of prescribed standards of experience that demonstrate a high level of knowledge in track construction. The purpose of the CTB certification is to assist the general public in evaluating the expertise of builders. Additionally, the certification allows professionals to recognize professional track builders who have met a designated level of experience and demonstrated a standard of knowledge and provides a means to identify professionals who have met a standard of achievement. This certification raises professional standards and improves the practice of track construction. Call us today to learn more about why we’re one of the top track surfacing companies.
